Neuropathic Pain

• Amitriptyline 0.5%, Baclofen 0.5% transdermal  

• Amitriptyline 1%, Baclofen 1% transdermal

• Amitriptyline 2%, Baclofen 2% transdermal   

• Amitriptyline 2%, Carbamazepine 2% in 70% DMSO Lotion  

• Amitriptyline 2%, Carbamazepine 2% transdermal 

• Bupivicaine 1%, DMSO 10%, Lidocaine 5%, Phenytoin 10% PLO apply tid

• Carbamazepine, Cyclobenzaprine 5%, Ketoprofen 10%  in “toothpaste pump”  apply tid  

• Carbamazepine, Cyclobenzaprine, Ketoprofen, Lidocaine, Tetracaine transdermal

• Clonidine 0.2%, Gabapentin 6%, Ketamine 10% transdermal  

• Clonidine 0.2%, Ketamine 15% transdermal  

• Guanethidine 1% transdermal

• Ketamine 10% Nasal Spray  1 spray in each nostril q3hrs

• Ketamine 10% Topical Spray (with Chlorhexidine)  

• Ketamine 5%, 10%, 20% transdermal  

• Ketoprofen 10%, Lidocaine 5% transdermal

• Lipoic Acid 2% orally

Diabetic Neuropathy Pain

• Nifedipine 8% transdermal  
• Pentoxifylline 15% Kris Gel, apply 3-4 times daily for 2 days—immediate response

Post-herpetic Neuralgia (shingles)

• Alpha lipoic acid 100mg p.o. tid x 4 months (#4188)

• Amitriptyline 2%, Ketoprofen 10% PLO for face  

• Aspirin in Chloroform 650mg/15ml for body  

• Aspirin 5%, Ketoprofen 5% in Ether (less burning
  & irritation than Chloroform); may add Pregnenolone 10% (to re-myelinate the nerves); caution smoking  

• Aspirin 5%, Lidocaine 5% in Chloroform for scalp
